The University left the Fayette court’s order transferring the case to Franklin Circuit Court unentered for a month. With the investigation resuming, and with the automatic stay on issuance of the Sixth Circuit’s mandate leaving me no way to seek a return to teaching in federal court for the fall semester, I refiled the same claims directly in Franklin Circuit Court and asked the court to halt the investigation.
